OverviewGallagher is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communicions Specialist to join our growing team in San Diego. This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who thrives on execution and is passione about delivering meaningful, client-focused communicions.
In this position, you will play a critical role in bringing digital campaigns to life—partnering closely with internal stakeholders, creive teams, and marketing leadership to execute high-impact communicions across multiple channels. This is not a purely stregic role; we are looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and doing the work, while continuously learning and refining their craft.
This role supports a mission-driven line of business focused on helping underserved populions better understand and access the benefits and resources available to them. Your work will directly impact how clients engage with and benefit from Gallagher’s solutions.
How you'll make an impactContributes to development of marketing plans, initiives, and reled communicions on client's behalf. Crees colleral to aid clients in plan educion efforts. Responsible for sales support activities such as account analyses, research, and sales promotion. Assists in the implemention of account specific marketing plans. Maintains and manages timelines so th marketing milestones are met. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. May assist in orienting and training lower level employees.
About YouRequired:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years in healthcare, employee benefits, or reled industry experience required.
Preferred
- Hands-on experience executing digital marketing and communicion campaigns
- Experience with CRM plforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required/preferred)
- Experience with Adobe Marketo or similar marketing automion tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communicions, or reled field
- Experience working in both B2B and B2C communicions environments
