We’re launching a brand new student teacher program and looking for enthusiastic young musicians to join our teaching team.
This is an ideal opportunity for college students, music majors, emerging performers, and aspiring educators who want real teaching experience in a supportive, mentorship-focused environment.
Our student teachers work primarily with beginner and younger students in private lessons for piano, voice, guitar, and ukulele.
What You’ll Do:
Teach weekly private lessons
Help beginner students build confidence and musical fundamentals
Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
Communicate professionally with parents and staff
Track attendance and lesson progress
Participate in training, mentorship, and occasional staff meetings

Qualifications:
Current college student, recent graduate, or advanced high school student considered
Strong musical proficiency in piano, voice, guitar, or ukulele
Previous teaching, tutoring, childcare, camp, or mentoring experience is a plus
Music major not required
Position Details:
Part-time
Flexible scheduling
Afternoon/evening availability preferred
Starting pay: competitive hourly rate based on experience
Training and mentorship provided
Must be willing to undergo a background check and fingerprinting.
