Role Description
TeleFiber is looking for motivated Referral Partners to help connect potential customers with internet service options. This role is simple: refer people who are looking for new internet service, better pricing, faster speeds, or help switching providers.
Referral Partners do not need to install internet or handle technical work. Your main responsibility is to introduce qualified leads to TeleFiber so our team can help them check availability, compare offers, and complete the signup process.
Responsibilities
Find and refer people who may need home or business internet
Share TeleFiber offers through personal networks, social media, local outreach, or business connections
Collect basic customer information such as name, phone number, address, and current internet needs
Send qualified leads to the TeleFiber team
Follow up with leads when needed
Represent TeleFiber in a professional and honest way
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and willing to reach out to people
Basic understanding of internet service is helpful but not required
Sales, marketing, customer service, or referral experience is a plus
Must be honest, reliable, and professional
Compensation
This is a commission-based referral role. Referral Partners are paid for qualified customers who successfully sign up and complete the required service process.
Ideal Candidate
This role is a good fit for people who already talk to homeowners, renters, small business owners, real estate agents, property managers, local businesses, or community groups.
