Canaan Home Care is currently looking for a reliable Caregiver for a case in Escondido, CA. In addition to this specific case, we have several other shifts available for those looking for more hours.
Shift Details:
- Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday (Weekly)
- Time: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Client: Male
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with transfers (Requirement)
- Companion care
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Incontinence care
- Preparing the client for bed

Requirements for these positions include:
