Parts Finisher – Weekend 4/10 schedule
Schedule: Friday–Monday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Position Summary
The Parts Finisher is responsible for supporting production and finishing operations by sorting builds, inspecting parts, entering data, and ensuring products meet quality standards before moving to shipping. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Sort builds and jobs while maintaining accurate part counts
Perform part insert operations
Enter production and quality data into the QA database
Work closely with Supervisors and Program Expeditors to ensure workflow efficiency
Follow detailed work instructions and job sheets
Visually inspect parts for defects and quality issues
Reject non-conforming parts and document discrepancies as required
Ensure all jobs are completed and delivered to QC and Shipping on time
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Promote a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
Perform miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed job instructions
Comfortable learning new processes and procedures
Ability to clearly and accurately enter data into computer systems

Ability to use hands for detailed finishing and inspection tasks
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Position Type / Expected Hours
This is a full-time onsite position working Friday through Monday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additional hours may be required based on production needs.
