We are seeking a talented and motivated Wine & Beer Tender who can work independently to create wonderful and memorable experiences for our guests at our exciting new restaurant opening in the coming weeks.
The ideal candidate must be reliable, hardworking, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who works well under pressure, takes initiative, and is a true self-starter.
Responsibilities include preparing and serving beer, wine, and food items while delivering outstanding guest service. This role also includes maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and bar areas, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink and meal served, and assisting in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Schedule flexibility is required, with shifts available between 6:30 AM and 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
