Our client, a major entertainment network, is actively looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in NYC! This is an on-site position, only candidates local to NYC will be considered.
*** This is a 3 month contract covering for a leave, with an opportunity to extend longer ***
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, mail) and respond or delegate as appropriate.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership teams as needed.
- Liaise with IT, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions as needed.
- Assisting with specialized projects, such as event coordination for June 3-4 Annual Meeting.
- Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within large, complex organizations.
- Entertainment Industry experience required
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar) MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
