Memory Care ACTIVITY COORDINATOR/ Caregiver
Villa Monticello Assisted Living & Memory Care is looking for a compassionate, energetic, creative, and organized full-time Activity Coordinator to join our team.
Schedule: Full-Time • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $21–$23 per hour
Responsibilities include:
• Leading daily activities and resident engagement
• Planning birthdays, holiday celebrations, and special events such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and family gatherings
• Organizing monthly family luncheons and social events at the facility
• Decorating and helping create a fun, warm, and welcoming environment for residents and families
• Assisting with walks, games, music, exercise, crafts, and social interaction
• Helping caregivers with resident care and supervision as needed during activities and throughout the shift
We are looking for someone who:
• Loves seniors and enjoys creating meaningful experiences
• Is creative, upbeat, and enjoys organizing small social events
• Has patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
• Works well as part of a team
Experience in senior care or dementia care is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right heart and personality.
