I'm looking for a assistant to support my day-to-day operations across multiple projects in the event production space.
This is not a basic admin role. I need someone who can think, execute, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
• Managing emails, scheduling, and day-to-day communication
• Handling invoices, payments, and tracking cash flow
• Maintaining basic website updates (WordPress)
• Using Al tools like Claude and others to improve workflows, write content, and increase efficiency
• Creating simple reports (event P&L, summaries, etc.)
Requirements:
• Strong experience with Al tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Strong written communication skills
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple moving pieces
Important:
Please only apply if you have hands-on experience with Al tools and operations support. We're looking for someone who can jump in quickly without heavy training.
