Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will drive sales through exceptional customer relationship management while overseeing the financial aspects of vehicle transactions. Your expertise in loan processing, credit analysis, and dealership operations will ensure a seamless experience for our customers and contribute to our dealership’s continued success.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote trust and satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Present vehicle options, upselling features and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage loan applications, credit analysis, and loan officer procedures in compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and dealership
- Process title work, contracts, and all necessary documentation accurately using financial software systems
- Assist customers with loan processing, explaining financing options clearly and transparently
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments with a focus on finance or loan officer roles
- Strong customer relationship management skills combined with excellent negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of financial services, credit analysis, TILA regulations, and loan processing procedures
- Familiarity with dealership operations including title processing, contract preparation, and automotive sales processes
- Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills such as 10 key typing and math calculations
- Experience in upselling additional products or services to enhance customer value
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and a proactive attitude
