We are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to drive high-end vehicle sales at our dealership. The ideal candidate excels in outside sales, negotiation, and communication, and has a proven track record in automotive or related sales. This role focuses on generating new business, managing a strong sales pipeline, and delivering exceptional customer service. Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required to effectively serve our diverse customer base. Experience with CRM and inventory systems is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities via outbound calls, cold calling, social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), and in-person outreach.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including negotiation and upselling.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline and strong, long-term customer relationships.
Conduct tailored product presentations and test-drive demonstrations.
Use CRM software to document interactions, track follow-ups, and monitor sales progress.
Partner with marketing on campaigns to increase vehicle visibility and traffic.
Represent the dealership at events and community outreach to promote brand awareness.
Stay current on market trends, product knowledge, and dealership offerings.
Requirements
Proven success in automobile, retail, or B2B sales with consistent achievement of targets.
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and activities simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRM and inventory management systems; comfort with basic retail math.
Experience with outbound sales strategies, cold calling, and marketing initiatives preferred.
Knowledge of dealership operations, automotive inventory, and high-end vehicle features is a plus.
