Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the final presentation of vehicles before customer delivery — making sure every car that leaves our shop looks as good as it runs.
Responsibilities
• Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing on customer vehicles post-repair
• Wash, clay bar, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors
• Clean and condition interior surfaces including seats, carpets, dashboards, and door panels
• Remove overspray, adhesive residue, and other contaminants resulting from collision repair
• Apply paint sealants and protective coatings as needed
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness before customer pickup
• Maintain a clean and organized detail bay and equipment
• Move vehicles safely around the shop lot as needed
Requirements
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Prior detailing experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable working with chemicals, polishers, and detailing tools
Compensation & Schedule
• Pay: $19–$22/hr depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Paid time off and benefits discussed upon hire
