Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist located in Kissimmee, FL. The IT Specialist will manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient network administration and robust network security. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing exceptional customer service to internal teams, and supporting the company's IT systems. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and enhancing the company's technology environment to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Network Administration and troubleshooting various network-related issues.
- Proficiency in Information Technology, including hardware, software, and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Network Security protocols and practices to ensure data integrity and system protection.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to support and assist team members effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Familiarity with avionics or experience in the aerospace or defense industries is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CCNA are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the complexities involved in the CMMC Level II process and the operational controls required to achieve and maintain certification.
