IT Support Analyst, Remote, W2 contract
Hours: 5:00 am-2:00 pm PST
$25-$30/hour based on experience, includes PTO, and we offer medical and 401k benefit options.
ektello is looking for consultants to support and implement network/telephony hardware/software deployments for North America based stores remotely while managing onsite technicians for a retail leader. Must be able and willing to work on our W2 without sponsorship and work the hours listed.
Minimum Educational Level
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
Experience
- At least 4 years of previous IT experience is preferred
- At least 2 year of networking experience is preferred – Routers, Switches, LAN/WAN, IP, Zoom Telephony systems
- Experience using Smartsheet, Service Now, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Previous project management or coordination is preferred
