We are currently looking to fill a Floating Multi-Site Maintenance Technician position that will assist our various apartment communities located in Southern California.
Essential Job Functions:
-Respond to resident requests for maintenance
-Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
-Complete necessary repairs to building exteriors and common areas as assigned by Supervisor.
-Complete Unit Turns
-Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repair
-Adhere to the company’s safety program rules, attend safety meetings and performs all duties in a safe manner.
Requirements:
-Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
-Reliable transportation.

This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location.
