As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patient's and remote clients, making a positive impression and ensuring they receive the assistance and information they need. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, and phone inquiries.
- Answer phone calls route them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Friendly and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Multi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
