We have a really awesome small group so good attitude and friendly personality are the priority with a good eye, solid work ethic, and care for a high quality product coming in next.
I think where I've failed in the past hiring for this role is not prioritizing a positive bubbly personality. It's a tough job during the rush, when things are hectic customers can become unsettled. At those times we need someone who is naturally positive to help keep everyone afloat.
Pay is $20/hr and tips average out to $10/hr. Free pizza obviously. If you're worth it I'll pay you more. We treat our customers like family so just kill them with kindness... it makes everyones lives better. And we treat each other with respect because it makes for a much better work life.
You'll mostly be answering phones, working the PoS, doing some light prep work, portioning sauces, assembling salads, stocking the drink case, wiping down tables, cutting pizzas, if you want to learn how to make pizzas we are happy to teach, a little bit of oven work. The hardest thing about this job is multi-tasking, you can't just take an order on the phone, you need to take the order while putting slices in the oven and ringing up another customer etc etc.
Shifts are going to be nights and weekends, no way around it but can be part-time or full-time.
If you're interested send me an email, include some personality traits, work history, why you think you'd be a good fit, a current picture, and anything else you'd like me to know.
