This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader with deep experience in brand strategy, integrated communications, e-commerce, social media, and team leadership in the beauty industry.
The Vice President of Marketing & Communications will lead global marketing strategy, strengthen brand voice, drive audience growth, and build a high-performing marketing team.
What we are looking for:
- VP-level marketing leadership experience
- 8 to 10+ years in marketing, team leadership, and business development
- 8 to 10+ years in social media marketing and sales
- Strong e-commerce knowledge
- Deep experience in brand development and integrated communications
- Strong analytical skills and KPI reporting experience
- Experience building and mentoring teams
