Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing and operational activities
- Manage budgeting, KPIs, margins, forecasting, and operational tracking
- Lead hiring, workforce planning, and team development
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and profitability
- Communicate regularly with executives, stakeholders, and board members
- Support growth initiatives within a venture-backed environment
Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Strong financial and operational management background
- Experience with KPIs, budgeting, margin analysis, and performance tracking
- Prior experience working with venture-backed companies ($1M–$5M preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Construction materials or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
