Job Summary:
The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring the daily airport operion runs in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manager. The Duty Manager will oversee and coordine team activities to cree a safe, reliable, efficient, and effective operion.

Job Duties:
Supervises and coordines team activities reled to the operion.
Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
Assists in recruiting, administrive, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrive duties.
Monitors staffing and overtime use and operional and financial performance of the assigned stion.
Promotes team-building initiives to develop and motive team members.
Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operional standards.
Immediely report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
Perform other reled duties as assigned within the approprie skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.
Qualificions:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent educion.
Must be least 18 years of age.
Possesses a valid Driver’s License.
Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or ste or customs requirements.
Supervisory experience is required.
Preferred Qualificions:
Two years of relevant work experience in the aviion or ground handling services industry.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to frequently push, pull, stoop, squ, kneel, bend, lift up to 70lbs and move up to 70lbs; and constantly walk, stand, handle, grasp and reach out. May have to reach above shoulder occasionally.
Working conditions:
You will need to have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. We opere in a shift bid environment.
Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
Enjoy the outdoors on a daily basis (sun, rain, sleet or snow!) May be exposed to a wide variety of weher conditions, jet and machinery noises, fumes, dirt and dust for extended periods.
