Executive Assistant (C-Level) - Media & Entertainment - Midtown
A global media and entertainment company is seeking a polished, highly organized Executive Assistant to support a senior C-Level executive in its Midtown Manhattan headquarters. This role will serve as a true strategic partner, managing complex day-to-day operations while helping ensure the executive and broader team remain organized, responsive, and operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing high-volume executive support with discretion, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset. This position requires someone who can seamlessly manage shifting priorities, communicate professionally across all levels, and remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to a C-Level executive in a fast-paced global environment
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, visas, and real-time travel troubleshooting
- Draft, manage, and respond to correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other sensitive information
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders
- Assist with personal support responsibilities and related coordination as needed, as personal priorities often intersect with business priorities at this level
- Support ad hoc team initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional coordination efforts
- Track follow-ups, action items, and key deliverables to help ensure smooth execution across the executive’s priorities
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
- Prior experience supporting C-Level leadership strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong judgment with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment with shifting priorities
Salary: $95k-$110k + OT Eligible
