Your Role:The Change Manager I are responsible for supporting and leading moderate to high-complexity IT change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization. This role applies structured change management methodologies to minimize resistance, drive user engagement, and achieve desired business outcomes. Working closely with IT project teams, technical leaders, and business partners, the Change Manager I ensure that changes are aligned with organizational goals and effectively implemented to support long-term success.
Your Work: Lead and support change management efforts for IT system implementations, upgrades, and process changes (e.g., platforms, tools, workflows).
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with business objectives, improve employee adoption and anticipate downstream impacts of technology changes across functions.
Conduct impact assessments, partner analyses, and readiness assessments to inform change strategies.
Work with project team to define people specific objectives and key results and critical metrics tied to benefit realization for IT initiatives.
Operate with increasing independence, making informed decisions on change strategy execution and partner engagement without requiring continuous direction.
Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to integrate change management activities into project and delivery plans.
Design and deliver communication and training plans that translate technical changes into clear, user-focused messaging.
Provide mentorship and support to leaders to help them effectively sponsor and reinforce IT changes.
Identify and manage anticipated resistance related to technology adoption and process change, and develop mitigation tactics in partnership with IT and business leaders.
Track and report on change management effectiveness and adoption metrics.
Ensure compliance with CSAA IG change management guidelines and expectations regarding the use of ADKAR, Prosci and Proxima for key critical initiatives.
Design, develop and implement User Acceptance Testing strategy and plan, when needed, to support successful adoption.
Required Experience, Education and SkillsBA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
8 years of relevant experience
Prosci Certification
Deep knowledge & validated application of change management processes and tools including stakeholder analysis & management, impact assessment, sponsorship engagement, change strategy and change story development for sophisticated, large scale change initiatives
Excellent analytical ability to conduct, interpret, and make or influence decisions based on change management data
Excellent facilitation skills and knowledge of effective group dynamics concepts and processes
Excellent solid understanding and application of training and communications methodologies and best practices
Strong solid understanding of project management and other lifecycle methodologies
Proven application of change management practices for IT system implementations, enhancements, and process changes, including platforms, tools, and workflows
Strong ability to influence at the department/division level and across different layers of leadership
Strong skills in sponsorship coaching & alignment, resistance management, and behavior change
Substantial insurance business knowledge or shared services/consulting functions

#LI-JR1.The national average salary range for this position is $129,825.00-$144,250.00. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $129,825.00-$173,150.00. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.This job posting will be unposted on Fri, 15 May 2026.
