Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Operations Manager to lead the daily functions and growth of our premier indoor golf club. This is a multifaceted role requiring a blend of luxury hospitality management, proactive business development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a "face-of-the-brand" leader who is as comfortable closing corporate event deals as they are ensuring every member receives a world-class experience on the floor.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, event coordination, and customer service
- Strong interpersonal sales skills for memberships and events
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of golf or sports industry is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Food handlers license
