About the Role
Clarvida is hiring aPre-Licensed Therapistto join ourCamino Nuevo program in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, access to licensure supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package.Must be bilingual Spanish.
**This is a temp role assignment ends 10/2026**
Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy while coordining client intake and support services. You will collabore with clients, families, and care teams to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care th promotes independence and empowerment.
- Provide individual (adult), group, and family therapy
- Conduct crisis intervention consultions and assist with trement planning
- Facilite educional and vocional planning for clients
- Participe in interdisciplinary trement team meetings and program development
- Document clinical services and maintain compliance with company and regulory standards
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain professional boundaries
- Provide community consultion, educion, and linkages to intensive interventions
- Teach educional classes such as parenting, domestic violence, and anger management
- Meet monthly productivity requirements as established by supervisor/program
- Transport clients as needed using personal vehicle
- Perform on-call duties and other duties as assigned
Required Qualificions
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or reled field
- Registrion as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW in California
- Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance
- Minimum two years of experience working with mental health pients in inpient/outpient settings
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communicion
- Proficiency with computer applicions and documention systems
Preferred Qualificions
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Experience in trauma-informed care and community-based mental health programs
