Intake Specialist

Position Overview:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Intake Specialist with great phone skills to be the face of the firm (representing the firm both inside and outside of the office), successfully retain the leads spoken to, and win over potential clients.
- The position requires everyday client contact, high quality customer service, data entry in our case management software, and the handling of administrative tasks as needed.
- The ideal candidate must believe in our firm and know how to successfully convey our attorneys' experience, expertise, settlement success rate, case approach, and our firm’s unique personalized client relationship approach.
- They must also be able to handle a high call volume, like to interact with people, is detail oriented, a strong team player, and has a strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years customer service/receptionist in an office setting, preferably a law office
- Sales experience is coveted
- High School Diploma / Associates Degree (preferred but not required)
- Data Entry
Required skills:
- Knowledge of Office Suite 365
- Excellent Customer Service / Phone Etiquette skills
- High Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage multi-attorney calendars using Outlook
- Ability to adapt to new and/or developing processes and procedures
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
