Responsibilities:
- Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, skilled in cold calling, networking, lead generion, and negotiion.
- Demonstre ability to develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing stregies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions based on client needs and industry trends.
- Collabore with internal specialists to design and deliver custom solutions for complex client needs.
- Participe in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to build brand presence and identify prospects.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per week within the assigned territory to foster relionships, drive engagement and new business.
- Drive revenue growth by applying solution-based selling stregies to expand existing accounts and secure new logo clients.
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultive approach.
- Minimum 2 years of experience taining or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts and/or markets.
- Proficient in leveraging Office Suite and CRM plforms to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and enhance client interactions.
- Travel is required across assigned geographic areas.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicor.
- Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
