Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hr. + Department Bonuses
We are currently hiring a Technical Advisor to join our team. This role supports customers by assisting with problem‑solving, planning, and execution while maintaining strong, professional relationships with dental technicians and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with problem‑solving and goal execution
Serve as a liaison between departments and other teams
Maintain strong day‑to‑day relationships with technicians and managers
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Coordinate and support various departmental activities
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Minimum two (2) years of ACD experience and/or five (5) years of customer service experience or three (3) years in dental background.
Special Requirements/Certification:
RDA, DA, or CDT certifications preferred.
