We are seeking a Cold Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and support salad station execution, dessert plating, cold prep, and general kitchen duties during dinner service.
This is an hourly, part-time kitchen position in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Flexibility, consistency, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute salad station items to recipe standards
• Assist with dessert plating and assembly during service
• Complete cold prep (washing, chopping, portioning, organizing ingredients)
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
• Support kitchen team during service as needed
• Assist with prep and end-of-shift cleaning and breakdown
