The Role
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a strategic partner and execution leader for the CEO. This is not an administrative role. It is a high-impact position for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and detail, bring structure to complexity, and help turn priorities into results.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive cross-functional initiatives, improve organizational accountability, support decision-making, and help scale the business more effectively.
What You’ll Do
Execution and accountability
- Turn CEO and leadership priorities into structured action plans with clear owners and deadlines
- Track key initiatives and follow-through across functions
- Surface blockers early and help drive resolution
- Improve meeting discipline, action tracking, and accountability
Strategic support
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, briefing materials, and decision memos for the CEO
- Support annual planning, quarterly priorities, and high-impact strategic initiatives
- Analyze tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities and turn them into actionable recommendations
- Convert ambiguous issues into clear recommendations and next steps
Cross-functional alignment
- Work closely with leaders across sales, operations, customer experience, finance, HR, and marketing
- Reduce friction between teams and improve communication across the business
- Build simple processes and reporting rhythms that improve execution without creating bureaucracy
- Help ensure key company initiatives stay aligned with goals, KPIs, and timelines
Office of the CEO
- Help direct the CEO’s attention and time toward the highest-value priorities
- Prepare the CEO for critical meetings, internal reviews, board discussions, and major decisions
- Draft internal and external communications and lead special projects that span multiple functions

Requirements
Qualifications (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. )
- 3-5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, private equity, investment banking, business operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into structure
- Excellent project management skills with consistent follow-through and attention to detail
- Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong comfort with dashboards, KPIs, and business reporting
