Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Business Partnership
• Lead financial strategy to support growth, profitability, and operational performance across a complex, asset-intensive business line
• Partner closely with executive leadership to align financial planning with broader organizational objectives
• Evaluate investment opportunities and capital deployment decisions, ensuring alignment with return expectations and risk parameters
• Monitor industry dynamics and economic trends to anticipate potential impacts on performance
Team Leadership & Development
• Build and develop a high-performing finance function within a growing, global environment
• Establish performance metrics and feedback structures to drive accountability and continuous improvement
• Coach and develop leaders to strengthen financial acumen and cross-functional collaboration
Planning & Analysis
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Lead pricing and profitability analysis, including cost modeling and capital efficiency evaluations
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decisions
• Enhance visibility into financial performance to optimize returns and minimize risk
• Collaborate with key operational teams to drive efficiency and maximize outcomes
Controls, Compliance & Risk
• Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain strong internal controls and reporting processes to support accurate and timely financial data
• Partner with broader finance and business teams to support organizational goals
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred
• Strong background in financial planning, modeling, and investment analysis
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience in complex, fast-paced, and asset-heavy environments preferred
• Ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting concepts
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
