Join eCosmetics.com, a fast-growing online beauty retailer, and help us manage and grow our network of professional beauty partners across the country.
Once a partner joins our platform, you’ll be their main point of contact - helping them succeed, keeping everything running smoothly, and identifying ways to grow the relationship over time.
This is an amazing opportunity for a recent graduate looking to break into account management, partnerships, or business operations - and learn how real relationships turn into long-term revenue.
💼 What You’ll Do
• Manage relationships with active partners as their main point of contact
• Track and coordinate inventory that partners send to eCosmetics
• Communicate regularly to keep inventory flowing and relationships strong
• Ensure partners are paid accurately and on time
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide a high level of support
• Identify opportunities to grow each account (new inventory, new brands, expanded partnerships)
• Encourage partners to expand their offerings and product access
• Keep organized records of inventory, conversations, and account activity
• Help coordinate day-to-day partner operations and support internal workflows
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator - comfortable talking to business owners
• Highly organized and detail-oriented - able to manage multiple moving pieces
• Recent grad or early-career candidate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong follow-up skills - you don’t let things slip
• Interest in beauty, skincare, or aesthetic services
• Self-motivated and proactive - you take ownership of your accounts
• Comfortable taking ownership and helping keep team processes on track
• Comfortable picking up the phone when needed to keep things moving
