Arnett Credentials is a well-established Southern California company specializing in event credentials, lanyards, wristbands, laminated badges, backstage passes, and related print/production products. With over 20 years in the industry, we serve a wide range of clients including event organizers and touring music acts. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team.
Responsibilities
You'll collaborate closely with our design, pre-press, and production teams to create artwork for credentials, badges, wristbands, lanyards, and other event-related products. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate with internal teams and occasionally clients, and ensure files are print-ready and delivered on time.
Requirements
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Clear, professional communication — written and verbal
• Attention to detail and a solid understanding of print production workflows
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience
Bonus Points
Experience in print production, event industry design, or credential/badge artwork is a plus but not required.
Compensation
Competitive, based on experience. This is a full-time, in-house position at our Rancho Santa Margarita facility.
