WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Staff RN, Advanced leads the trement floor, overseeing pient care, directing pient care technicians, and coordining with the interdisciplinary team and physicians to meet the pients' kidney needs. The Staff RN will advoce for pients and effectively coordine with other team members for smooth kidney care in a holistic environment. The role is dediced to serving the pients and the team with a positive titude and strong collaborion.
The Staff RN, Advanced is invested in providing the highest quality care to pients while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulions and providing educion to staff and pients. The Staff RN runs the trement floor with a calm, collected, and positive titude th crees a comfortable and secure environment for pients and the team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Minimum of twenty-five (25) months of registered nurse experience.
- Minimum of twenty-five (25) months of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combinion of in-center/an or acute hemodialysis is required
Educion:
- Graduion from an accredited nursing school or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
License/Certificion:
- Current ste RN licensure
- Current Healthcare Provider certificion (CPR) required
- CNN/CDN Certificion preferred
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records
- Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently
