As a Global Product Manager, you’ll help shape how these products grow and evolve—from identifying market opportunities to supporting product launches and lifecycle stregy. You’ll collabore across R&D, regulory, commercial, and operions teams to turn customer insights into smart product decisions th drive adoption and long-term portfolio success.
Key Outcomes
- Support stregic and tactical plans th drive growth across the Women’s Health diagnostic assay portfolio
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to guide products through development, launch, and lifecycle management
- Represent Marketing on cross‑functional product teams and contribute to development and prioritizion decisions
- Transle customer insights and market research into product requirements and positioning stregies
- Help plan and execute go‑to‑market stregies for new product launches and product updes
- Monitor sales trends, customer adoption, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Collabore with R&D, Regulory, Quality, Scientific Affairs, and Sales to support successful product initiives

Additional qualificions and informion
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or reled field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or similar roles in diagnostics, life sciences, or medical technology
- Demonstred experience supporting product launches, commercializion initiives, or lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiives simultaneously
- Excellent communicion and presention skills
- Experience with clinical diagnostic assays, laborory workflows, or diagnostic instrumention preferred
- Locion: San Diego, CA (hybrid work model)
- Travel: Approximely 20-30% for field meetings, internal collaborion, and customer engagement
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
The annualized base salary range for this role is $106,500 to $166,600 and is bonus eligible. Final compension packages will ultimely depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, educion, business needs and market demand.
