Overview
Seeking an In-House Travel Manager to lead end-to-end travel coordination for executives and employees. This role is responsible for managing complex domestic and international itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences, and providing real-time support to address schedule changes and disruptions. The position also includes light administrative support for executive leadership and collaboration across teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume, complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including visa requirements and schedule optimization
- Monitor travel in real time and proactively adjust plans to address delays or disruptions, including availability outside standard business hours when needed
- Communicate directly with travelers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Track and manage travel expenses in alignment with company policies
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and traveler preferences
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors, including private aviation providers when required
- Support rate negotiations and service agreements where applicable
- Provide administrative support to executives and assist with cross-functional initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in travel coordination or corporate travel management
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-frequency executive travel
- Strong understanding of international travel logistics and time zone coordination
- Existing network of travel vendors preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with urgency and provide support beyond standard business hours when required
- Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
