Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Program Manager will be responsible for all establishing, maintaining, and driving baseline and variances for the Integrated Supply Chain for the assigned program, from Proposal through Execution and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely, accurate, and executable Proposal submissions that support on-time, profitable delivery of quality vehicles.
- Deliver a time-phased procurement plan in accordance with the program bill of materials (BOM) and prioritized to program/CAM schedule/funding (may include identifying strategies across proposals and programs and engaging support from Strategic Sourcing Teams (SSTs) as appropriate). Provide visibility/status of execution against plan throughout the program lifecycle to the CAM/PMO.
- Support development of accurate Material EAC's, including forecasting planned impacts/variances
- Manage and resolve Excess Inventory concerns
- Drive budgetary compliance with Category Management teams, and achieve effective tradeoffs to achieve schedule and cost.
- Support variance analysis and generation.
- Sole interface to Programs for issues related to Supply Chain Proposals or Program Material Finance
- Ensure timely completion and adequacy of CCPD and other cost analysis.
- Ensure Supply Chain Proposals Team success through:
- Driving Proposal strategy in close partnership with Category Managers
- Ensuring Proposal BOM Accuracy
- Validating / addressing outliers or key risks.
The Supply Chain PM is not engaged in material fulfillment, or part expediting.
Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Experience with Supply Chain Proposals
- Procurement Process Knowledge / Experience
- Familiarity with Program Finance KPI's and processes
- Experience with ERP
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Able to present information
- Ability to identify and drive actionable outcomes through influence
