As a Armed Security Prol Driver Officer in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed, driving officer a financial institution locion, where you will monitor and prol assigned areas, conduct routine prols, remain visible to help deter security-reled incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communicion. Wh You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities approprie to a financial institution locion.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting security-reled concerns to the approprie personnel.
- Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access activity and verify credentials, visitor permissions, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site procedures for a financial services environment.
- Support cash handling, opening and closing activities, and other sensitive operional periods through visible presence and timely response to security-reled issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- An armed guard card or license is required.
- A 40 caliber endorsement is required.
- A California weapons permit with 9mm caliber endorsement is required.
- Be least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
