We are growing and looking for a strong leader to guide our CNC milling team.
Position Overview
The CNC Mill Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day operations in the CNC milling department, ensuring safe work practices, high-quality output, and efficient workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting machinists on the floor, optimizing setups, and helping drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and supervise CNC milling machinists across shifts.
- Assign and prioritize work to meet production deadlines and delivery schedules.
- Support setups, troubleshooting, and machining of complex parts.
- Provide guidance on DMG Mori machining platforms, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis equipment as applicable.
- Ensure first articles, in-process checks, and final inspections meet aerospace quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and cross-train machinists to strengthen department skill depth.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate maintenance needs.
- Promote a clean, safe, and compliant work environment aligned with company and AS9100 standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years CNC milling experience, including setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience with DMG Mori CNC machines required (3-, 4-, and/or 5-axis).
- Familiarity with 5-axis machining workflows and concepts.
- Aerospace machining experience with tight tolerances required.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
- Leadership or lead/supervisor experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Work Environment
- On the production floor around CNC equipment.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Lifting up to ~50 lbs.
- PPE required.
Schedule
Full-time | Day shift
Some overtime or schedule flexibility may be required based on production needs.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
