Fonda Moderna is a modern taqueria focused on premium, organic ingredients and exceptional hospitality.
We proudly make our own organic tortillas, use non-GMO, high-protein ingredients, and serve premium proteins including:
• A5 Wagyu
• Santa Clarita hanger steak
• Fire-grilled organic chicken
Our food is intentional, high quality, and made with care—and we’re looking for someone who can help share that passion with our guests.
Position Details
• Role: Cashier / Front of House
• Pay: Minimum wage + tips
• Status: Part-time
• Schedule:
• all shifts-
• Typical shift: 3:00 PM – 11PM
9;30 - 3:00
Mid shifts also available
• Occasional morning shifts may be available
• Locations:
• Primary: Tustin
• Secondary: new location opening very soon in Newport Beach
• Opportunity for more hours by splitting shifts
• Newport Beach location opening soon in a few weeks)
What We’re Looking For
• Prior cashier experience
- great attitude/ business service
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude, great smile, and welcoming presence
• Critical thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for quality food and hospitality
• Reliable transportation and flexibility between locations
Your Role
• Provide warm, genuine service to every guest
• Clearly communicate our menu, ingredients, and brand values
• Handle POS transactions accurately
• Support a clean, organized front of house
• Represent Fonda Moderna with pride and professionalism
