General Manager – Family Entertainment Venue
Location: Bakersfield Area
Compensation: $65,000 to $80,000 base, plus monthly bonus opportunities
A well established indoor entertainment venue in the Bakersfield area is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, team performance, and overall business results. This is a confidential search, additional details will be shared during the interview process.
This role is suited for a hands on leader who can balance guest experience, team development, and operational execution in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of daily operations and facility performance
Lead, coach, and develop a team across multiple functional areas
Drive revenue growth through local outreach, events, and in park initiatives
Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency
Ensure a safe, clean, and well run environment for guests and staff
Monitor and improve performance across key business metrics
Qualifications
Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment environments
Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational results
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and peak business periods
