Bella Beverage Catering and Events is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working team member to support our kitchen and warehouse operations.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where every day is different. Our events range from corporate events and weddings to private parties and large-scale activations, so the right person must be able to pivot quickly, problem-solve, and stay organized under pressure.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and comes to management with solutions, not just problems.
Key Responsibilities
-Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen and warehouse workspaces
-Wash dishes, bar tools, glassware, bins, and event equipment
-Unload vans after events and return items to proper storage areas
-Assist with loading vans for upcoming events
-Restock and organize inventory, supplies, beverages, mixers, garnishes, and event equipment
-Take inventory and report low-stock items or missing supplies
-Prep, clean, label, and organize event supplies as needed
-Help keep warehouse shelves, coolers, prep areas, and storage areas clean and efficient
-Follow packing lists and event prep instructions carefully
-Support the team with last-minute event needs and changes
-Communicate any issues clearly and professionally
-Work with a high level of attention to detail and accountability
Ideal Candidate
-Lift 50 pounds - is a requirement
-Highly detail-oriented and organized
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Able to lift, carry, load, unload, and move event supplies
-Able to pivot quickly when priorities change
