Superior Print and Exhibit is primarily a branding company that produces and installs graphics for events nationwide. We are a small crew and we all wear many hats to keep this machine running smoothly, our top goal is to give the client the best possible service and quality branding. In this position you can transition into any position you desire as we and you grow.. The goal for this company is the continue to grow and expand throughout the nation. As a nationwide provider of graphics and installation services we build displays and have a large network of printers and installers around the country that we use for our projects. Travel is available if you are interested. Please note: that to be paid on the high end of the pay scale you need to have extensive experience installing and production work as a lead. If you don't have experience you won't be considered for the position.
Responsibilities
Preflight files
Graphic design
Print graphics on Roll to roll latex printer
Print graphics on Latex Flatbed printer
Laminate graphics
Weed and mask graphics
Cut graphics using Summa cutter or HP Plotter
Stage and build SEG displays or Pillowcase displays for events
Install and remove graphics for events locally and in LA & OC
Order materials needed for production
Schedule freight to ship crates and pallets for events
Site surveys
Project coordination as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in sign production is a must
- Previous experience in graphic installation a must.
- Punctuality and reliability a must
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
- Knowledge of materials used for installations a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends if needed or overtime - Valid drivers license and background check required.
You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be willing to work hard and be organized and able to multi-task on the fly. A team-oriented attitude is critical as we all work together to help where needed. You should have good problem-solving skills as well as be able to work calmly under pressure when needed, and at the same time not be afraid to ask for help when needed.
