Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting with the collection of biomarker data (EEG/ERP/ECG, eye-tracking, and related measures) with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including participant preparation, equipment setup, calibration, and in-person and remote real-time monitoring of data quality.
- Assist with the processing, labeling, organization, quality control and securely store biomarker data in accordance with study protocols, IRB requirements, and institutional data security standards.
- Work closely with faculty investigators specializing in EEG/ERP and eye-tracking to receive training, troubleshooting technical issues, update software and hardware, and ensure consistent, high-quality biomarker collection.
- Collaborate with a Behavior Specialist and work under the supervision of clinical leadership to administer testing protocols, social stories, communication tools, and individualized behavior plans to facilitate successful biomarker assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in neuroscience, cognitive science, biomedical engineering, psychology, public health, or a related field OR a combination of education and relevant research experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children and/or adolescents in research, clinical, educational, or therapeutic setting
SALARY
$60,413-$62,000
