We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals for a Companionship role assisting adults with disabilities in their daily lives. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others while working a flexible schedule. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! WE PROVIDE ALL THE TRAINING NEEDED!
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist clients with daily errands and tasks
• Transportation to appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other necessary locations
• Help clients maintain independence and complete routine activities
• Ensure clients are safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the day
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff
• You will have daily tasks that will need to be complete
• You will have to complete daily typed out reports
Schedule:
• 35–40 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs and availability
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Must pass a background check
• Clean driving record preferred
• No DUI history
• No criminal, theft, or battery-related charges
