✅ What We’re Looking For
* Experience on the phones in a sales role (around 1+ year preferred)
* Background in industries like financial services, debt programs, settlement, resolution, validation, solar, or other high-ticket sales is a plus
* Comfortable guiding conversations and closing deals over the phone
* Able to handle objections and think on your feet
* Self-driven and competitive, with a strong work ethic
* Coachable and open to feedback
* Set up to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and computer
