This is a hybrid role which requires 3 days in office + 2 days remote. Candidate must be located within driving distance of the St. Louis, Missouri office.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst works within the FP&A Central Reporting team embedded within the Finance & Accounting organization. The team goal is enabling the Finance & Accounting organization to become world-class through automation and process improvements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work with finance & accounting partners to help automate manual workflows and train them in tools and skills to become self-sufficient
Combine data across multiple, disparate systems such as enterprise data warehouse and other databases to perform analysis and draw conclusions based upon findings
Work as part of a team in identifying Finance user requirements and delivering automated solutions and effectively and efficiently solve business needs
Work with stakeholders to drive usage/adoption and promote results and outcomes
Document key processes and architecture of new solutions
Use new or existing technologies to build automated reporting and dashboards
Ad hoc analysis as requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics preferred
2+ years of financial analysis, data collection and reporting or related experience preferred
Healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, PBM experience a plus
Technical experience with Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Experience with Tableau, SQL, Teradata, Alteryx preferred
Experience in delivering solutions that meet business users' requirements
Self motivated and solves problems with intellectual curiosity
Ability to build relationships with multiple levels of management and across multiple functional areas
