Executive Administrative Assistant
Position Overview: The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will act as a key partner, supporting both daily execution and broader initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and evolving calendar, including scheduling across multiple time zones
- Serve as a point of contact between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting materials, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely communication
- Organize agendas, presentations, and documentation for meetings
- Track action items and follow up on deliverables
- Manage high-volume email correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Draft and edit communications on behalf of leadership
- Support ongoing projects by tracking timelines and deliverables
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business tools
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
