Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

Develop, coach, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Managers, providing ongoing support, feedback, and accountability to drive strong individual and team performance
Partner closely with talent leadership to support recruiting strategy, hiring prioritization, team development, and execution against broader business objectives
Act as a resource to recruiters on process, candidate strategy, and stakeholder communication to enhance overall team effectiveness
Lead and contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives
Manage full-cycle recruiting across assigned regions and business units, including sourcing passive candidates, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
Develop and nurture talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning
Oversee job requisition creation, postings, and recruitment marketing efforts
Partner with onboarding teams to ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed prior to candidate transition

Qualifications

5–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within construction, engineering, or architecture
2–5 years of experience managing or leading recruiting teams
Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview
Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar)
