We are currently hiring a Porter for a full-time position at an apartment community in Dana Point, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept property.
Position Details:
Location: Dana Point, CA
Pay: $16.90 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the property and common areas
Pick up trash throughout the community
Clean walkways, parking areas, and amenities
Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
Support the onsite team with daily operations
Requirements:
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic
Previous porter or cleaning experience preferred but not required
