**Role Overview**
We’re seeking an experienced **Server/Bartender** who can deliver polished service while maintaining a friendly, approachable energy. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, knowledgeable about food and beverage, and comfortable guiding guests through our menu with genuine enthusiasm.
**What You’ll Do**
- Provide attentive, elevated service in both the dining room and bar
- Craft cocktails with consistency and precision
- Recommend food, wine, and beverage pairings
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area
- Manage multiple tables while keeping a calm, professional presence
- Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol‑service standards
- Contribute to a positive, team‑focused environment
**What We’re Looking For**
- 1–2+ years of serving and/or bartending experience in a full‑service or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
- Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Must be 21+ and possess a valid California RBS certification and Food Handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
